Read More... been impressed by the speed of contact by the office, since we lodged and enquiry at 11pm on the website, and we had an email response before before 8am the next morning, and their crew was on site before lunch time. Both crews we dealt with were punctual, communicated well, answered any questions we had, and got on with the job. Invoices came back promptly, and we are glad to pay for a job well done. I have their fridge magnet on my fridge and they will be for sure my first point of call when I need drain service in the future. Many thanks to the entire ninja team. Got an overflowed gullytrap & gave DrainNinjas a call. They sent Wayne the technician over to fix it, but he found bigger problem which was broken pipe under the carpark... Read More... & lawn. Few weeks later another team came, dug it out & spotted the problem. Then they replaced the pipe straight away. It took them only few hours to get it done perfectly.
