Read More... an issue elsewhere. Each time someone would come to unblock the drains. But we weren’t given a clear picture of what was causing all these issues. When we encountered another problem only after two weeks from the previous blockage, we took our time researching for a reputable company and chose to go with Drain Ninjas. We got to work with three of their men and one office staff. All four of them were professional, polite and respectful. They were all lovely to work with, including their office staff, which can be rare at times. But most importantly, they knew their stuff! And they were able to tell us what was causing all the issues and gave us practical solutions. They had their own camera, vacuum trucks, and other necessary trucks and gears. This, I believe, made their prices reasonable and competitive. Drain-blockages are always time-sensitive, and they understood that pressure. I personally found that the three men who came to work on our drains were all genuinely lovely people, which is always a plus. I couldn’t be happier with the services provided. Thank you Team.

Drain Ninjas have provided outstanding service and promptly organised an inspection of our drain and subsequent cleaning and unblocking. I had thought that due to the enormous amount of flooding... Read More... and weather damage insurance in Auckland, finding someone to complain routine maintenance would take a lot longer but Drain Ninjas not only called me back the same day but organised the inspection and cleaning all within two weeks! Their name doesn’t lie, Ninja speed and precision. Bonus points for having a photo of a cat on the website!

Read More... been impressed by the speed of contact by the office, since we lodged and enquiry at 11pm on the website, and we had an email response before before 8am the next morning, and their crew was on site before lunch time. Both crews we dealt with were punctual, communicated well, answered any questions we had, and got on with the job. Invoices came back promptly, and we are glad to pay for a job well done. I have their fridge magnet on my fridge and they will be for sure my first point of call when I need drain service in the future. Many thanks to the entire ninja team. Still working on an overflowing stormwater downpipe with Drain Ninjas almost six months in. Had two visits, one to clear blockage in July (unsuccessful), another for CCTV (footage was black... Read More... and issue not diagnosed) in August. We had some communication issues towards cutting our driveway at point of blockage - after asking for further details on a quote we didn't get a response or progress on site until November when I left a Google review. Manager Alana got right onto it then and within a day driveway was cut open and diagnosed as a broken pipe. Still trying to work out a solution - initial repairs proposed to us turned out to be unsuitable when checked against a drainlayer's advice. Despite a fair bit of time and money have had to resort to approaching other companies with registered drainlaying expertise.

Awesome job team. Called them on Monday morning to clear a blocked waste water drain and by midday it was all done. And we weren't even home. AAA+
