They unblocked a very blocked drain, in several places (tree roots) and then discussed options so as to avoid the problem in the future. Super friendly, professional and competent. Drain Ninjas have provided outstanding service and promptly organised an inspection of our drain and subsequent cleaning and unblocking. I had thought that due to the enormous amount of flooding... Read More... and weather damage insurance in Auckland, finding someone to complain routine maintenance would take a lot longer but Drain Ninjas not only called me back the same day but organised the inspection and cleaning all within two weeks! Their name doesn’t lie, Ninja speed and precision. Bonus points for having a photo of a cat on the website!
