They unblocked a very blocked drain, in several places (tree roots) and then discussed options so as to avoid the problem in the future. Super friendly, professional and competent. Read More... been impressed by the speed of contact by the office, since we lodged and enquiry at 11pm on the website, and we had an email response before before 8am the next morning, and their crew was on site before lunch time. Both crews we dealt with were punctual, communicated well, answered any questions we had, and got on with the job. Invoices came back promptly, and we are glad to pay for a job well done. I have their fridge magnet on my fridge and they will be for sure my first point of call when I need drain service in the future. Many thanks to the entire ninja team.
