April 11, 2023 Drain Ninjas were professional and quick to respond. They advised that someone would be at my house to unblock the drain between 12-2 and someone would call me prior to arrival. That’s exactly what they did. They guys arrived on site, whilst obeying the social distancing rule during level 3 lock-down. Explained to me what might be the cause and what they would do to fix it. They ensured all the possible causes had been checked and made sure water was flowing as it should. They cleaned the… stairs where they accessed the pipes and also put disinfectant where waste water had come out from the gully trap. Would highly recommend Drain Ninjas.
