Overall experience was good.Technician was delayed at previous job which made him late for my job and I had to leave him as my booking was between 7h30 and 8 and only arrived at 8h50. When I called I was told they accept credit card for payment, and since I had to leave the technician and he said they will sent me an invoice I was told when I wanted to pay the invoice they cannot process a credit card payment I had to pay on the day if I want to pay by credit card. .Technician phoned me when… he was done and gave me an update. Didnt take him long at all, very friendly and customer focus him and his helper. Overall good service
