We wanted to assess the drainage in our back yard prior to winter and because we are considering laying some concrete. We suspected drainage was not optimal. A plumber recommended Drain Ninjas. We required two visits, first was to flush the lines and second was for CCTV investigation. The information that Troy gave me after first visit I was able to read up on so that I understood better what the problem was (l learnt there is a lot more to drainage than pipes underground). Flushing the… lines has helped drainage and CCTV on second visit gave us the answers that we required going forward with our plans. I found Drain Ninjas trustworthy and excellent to deal with. All communication was via email which was convenient and easy. I agree with all of the positive feedback already written.
